REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

What's Eligible

• Unworn items with all original tags attached
• Items in original, resalable condition

What's Not Eligible

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email Business@swindlekingcorp.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
